RETURNS
Returns can be processed by sending an email to hello@plantisse.net within a maximum period of 14 calendar days from the date of purchase, detailing the order number, the reason for the return and attaching a photo of the product packaging. The product must be unopened, unused and in its original packaging.

If your request meets the conditions, you can then organize and pay for the return shipment so that Plantisse will proceed with the corresponding refund.
